Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Certain items (such as personal care or customized products) may not be eligible for return


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with order details

  2. Once approved, ship the product back as instructed

  3. After inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
